Resort koleksiyonlarına devam... Josh Goot Avusturalya'lı genç bir tasarımcı. İlk koleksiyonunu 2005'te çıkartmış, bir ara daha çok Amerika odaklı çalışssa da son koleksiyonunu Avusturalya moda haftasında sundu. Koleksiyonlarında her zaman temiz çizgiler, "body-con" yani vücudu saran kesimler, beyaz ve canlı renkler ağırlıkta. 2013 Resort modası da hiç farklı değil, tüm koleksiyonun çıkış noktası ise bence scuba ve sörf ağırlıklı sportif tema. Baskılarda kullandığı renk ve desenler de tropik denizlerin neon canlılarını andırıyor. Saçların ıslak görünümü de yine deniz sporları konsepti ile uyumlu. Goot kıyafetlerde neopren yerine kıyafete form veren sünger üzerine dijital baskılı ipek kullanmış.Yazın tiril tiril giyinmeyi sevsem de bu tekniğin vücudu çok güzel göstereceğini ve minik ama mide bulandıran fazlalıkları ustalıkla saklayacağını düşünüyorum. Continuing with Resort 2013 collections... Josh Goot is a young Australian designer. His first collection was in 2005 and after presenting and working mainly towards the U.S., he returned to his roots by presenting at the Rosemount Australian Fashion Week. His collections are characterized by clean, crisp lines, body-con cuts, abundant with whites and lively colors. The Resort 2013 collection is no different, with a sportswear (especially scuba and surf) theme running throughout. The wet hair look and digital prints, reminescent of neon underwater creatures, keep in line with the "down under - the sea" concept. Instead of neoprene, Goot used digitally printed silk on foam to give structure to the dresses. even though I like soft, flowy fabrics in the summer, this technique seems like it would camouflage those nasty little extra pounds. Dear Josh, how about sending me some samples so I can test it out for you?
